fnnch ↗

fnnch makes public-facing images with layered stencils and spray paint, drawing on familiar objects and popular visual culture. The artist describes street art as a way to reach people beyond museum audiences and lists public work in cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Chicago. Burning Man’s archive connects this image-based practice with larger sculptural forms. Honey Bear III is listed in 2018 as a 28-foot honey-bear sculpture; Lips is listed in 2019 as a climbable red form twenty feet wide. A 2024 entry, Solar Bridge, describes a sculpture designed to incorporate solar generation, storage and consumption within the work. These entries preserve the artist’s event proposals and credits; they do not verify present locations, current engineering performance or continuing availability.

Giuseppe Palumbo ↗

Giuseppe Palumbo uses animals, human gestures and familiar objects to explore social behavior through sculpture. His statement connects myth, metaphor and humor with questions about the human condition. The Mostly Mammals portfolio gives animals recognizable attitudes, including sheep that suggest both group behavior and individuality. It identifies a bronze One More Time at the Beverly Hills Civic Center entrance, while separately listing another work of that title with different dimensions. His commissions page describes Timberwolf as a monumental bronze wolf and states that its commission began in 2021; it does not establish a public installation site. The Plight of Humanity series expands this vocabulary into steel, bronze and cement-composite works, including enlarged safety pins, hand gestures and forms more than eight feet high.

Gloria Lamb ↗

Gloria Lamb is credited alongside The GASS Co. on Perennial Playground, a sequence of participatory flower-garden installations documented by Burning Man from 2022 through 2025. The project moves through four named chapters: Prologue, Germination, Budding and Bloom. The archives describe illuminated garden beds and flower-shaped seating, followed by climbing petals, net ladders, a raised central platform and floral swings. These shared credits matter: this individual profile recognizes Lamb without assigning the collective’s entire contribution to her alone. The entries identify North Hollywood in 2022 and Agua Dulce, California, in subsequent years. Those are historical project credits, not a confirmed current studio address. The four chapters are portfolio references for an evolving installation, not an assertion that four separate structures exist for placement.

Gregg Fleishman ↗

Los Angeles, California, United States

Gregg Fleishman is a Los Angeles designer whose sculptural structures grow from research into geometry, plywood components and repeating construction systems. His portfolio traces a progression from play structures and the Playgoda to the Otic Oasis series at Burning Man in 2011. It also identifies the Man Base Pistil in 2012 and the Temple of Whollyness in 2013 as related explorations of panel and node structures in Black Rock City. His biography credits the Burning Man projects from this period as partnerships with Melissa “Syn” Barron and Lightning Clearwater III. The Temple used digitally cut wooden components to form a large central space assembled without metal fasteners. Fleishman’s practice connects furniture-scale experimentation with inhabitable temporary structures, while maintaining collaborator credit for the collective festival builds.

Héloïse Roueau ↗

Héloïse Roueau develops installations around ritual, shelter and the relationship between people and their environments. Her portfolio documents Au Son des Voeux, a 2022 copper-and-fabric wishing flag with bells, and En mon sein, éveil bercé, a 2023 metal cradle whose tree-like frame offers a place to pause. Her exhibition record lists both works at Burning Man in Nevada. Invoke the Fiery follows in 2024: a metal arch, suspended gong and electronic system combine passage through the structure with a symbolic act of release. The portfolio and exhibition list document the work in different ways, while the project’s dimensional descriptions conflict between metric measurements and a fifteen-foot narrative. The profile retains the work’s form and participatory intent without choosing an unsupported exact height or treating symbolic fire language as an operating specification.

Iron Monkeys ↗

Seattle, Washington, United States

Iron Monkeys is a Seattle metalworking collective founded in 2006. Its practice develops forged industrial steel into ornamental forms and gathering spaces, often incorporating fire, seating and opportunities for people to interact. Tree Spire began as four fifteen-foot steel trees for Burning Man’s 2007 Man Grove. The collective’s account separately identifies a Rainier Vista installation in Seattle in 2008 and a park installation in Reno in 2009; these are individual siting references, not one tree continuously occupying every location. The Glimmer project description presents a crown-shaped enclosure of steel branches, translucent gems, resin flowers and light, with benches and fire elements inside. Listed for 2024, its construction and operating descriptions include future tense, so they are retained as a design account rather than proof of a current completed installation.

Iyvone Khoo ↗

Iyvone Khoo works with installations, projected light and biological materials. At UC San Diego’s Latz Laboratory, her artist residencies explored imaging the bioluminescence of dinoflagellates. With marine biologist Michael Latz, she developed Infinity Cube, an immersive reflective environment with video and sound shown at Birch Aquarium during 2017–2018. Her later Burning Man collaborations with Miguel Guzman connect mythological forms with mycelium and reused materials. The event archive documents Rain God, Chaac in 2023 and the lotus-shaped A Moment in an Aeon in 2024. Ancestors of Dawn appears in the 2025 archive, with the Honoraria announcement additionally crediting Dust Spores Studio. This individual profile keeps those collaborators visible and treats festival descriptions as project documentation, with current base and work availability unconfirmed.

Jack Champion ↗

Northern California, United States

Jack Champion is a Northern California sculptor whose oversized animal forms explore perspective, scale and narrative. Smithsonian American Art Museum documents Murder, his five-crow Burning Man installation of 2016, and a later bronze pair exhibited in No Spectators in Washington, D.C. Burning Man’s archives also credit him with Homage au dali in 2022, translating Salvador Dalí’s Los Elefantes into a physical installation, and good fortune, a giant golden cricket, in 2024. A 2026 civic artist biography brings these projects and his museum exhibitions together, resolving differing historical Oakland and Cotati location labels. Big Art Loop also documents An Attempted Murder in San Francisco’s Panhandle. This record preserves the distinction between original resin crows, later bronze works and documented exhibitions without assuming that similarly titled objects are identical.
