Benjamin Langholz makes large interactive sculptures using stone, steel and kinetic elements, inviting visitors to experience balance, trust and physical awareness. His biography identifies a California origin and a period working in Berlin from 2018 to 2022; it does not establish a current studio city. Stone 27 was created and temporarily installed for Burning Man in 2019, with engineering credited to Amihay Gonen and Amy Kordosky. The portfolio separately documents its later Marin presentation. Stone 11’s Colorado Springs example uses overlapping paths of stones supported by slender steel members, a form described by the local Art on the Streets organizer. The artist dates that exhibition entry to 2021. Another Stone 11 entry records Art City in 2024; these references are not merged into an inferred transfer or a new availability claim.

Bill and Mary Buchen work together on public environments that connect sound, movement and spatial experience. Sonic Architecture identifies both artists as its co-founders and describes their interactive work for schools, museums, science centers and playgrounds. Phoenix’s public art register credits both Buchens for Suncatchers at the Arizona Science Center, completed in 1997: five wind-driven sculptures combine light-reflecting elements with mallets and tone bars. The duo’s project portfolio also describes Wind Pavilion, dated 1995, at the WILDS in southeastern Ohio, where wind-harp panels form an octagonal shade structure. Flight Wind Reeds, dated 2003, uses five tall elements with moving forms and bells at the North Carolina Museum of Art. These projects connect collective listening, play and outdoor environmental forces.

Bryan Argabrite makes large kinetic sculptures with movable forms and reused materials. His Maker Faire Bay Area 2023 profile describes working in steel and aluminum with recycled tools, fasteners and furniture. The same exhibitor page presents Dragonfly, a rideable sculpture whose wing movement responds to pedaling. Burning Man’s archive credits Argabrite with Spider Sweet, a maneuverable spider; the spring-loaded metal creature Wrenching Raptor; and later works including Flameout and Dancing Queen. The entries connect mechanical movement with audience participation and identify Santa Cruz, California, as his source location in those event years. Portfolio dates below identify documented event appearances or archive entries, not necessarily first fabrication dates. Present storage, touring readiness and engineering specifications have not been established.

BYTE is an art collective and Burning Man community founded by Jason “Jay” Blanda and Andrew Lazorchak. Its robot characters turn microchip-like silhouettes into large, tactile installations with fur, reflective eyes and spaces for gathering. The group’s project history dates Chip and Terra’s first Black Rock City presentation to 2018; Burning Man’s 2022 archive documents a hanging wisteria garden and an elevated lounge within the installation. BYTE’s official site also describes smaller public-display adaptations using artificial grass. Its local installation examples include Meg at Do Not Sit On The Furniture and Flora and Fauxna at the Sagamore Hotel. The collective profile preserves the founders’ distinct identities and treats named sites as documented examples, without implying current display, booking availability or verified installation performance.
Cameron Anne Mason makes textile sculptures and immersive installations concerned with nature, human activity and time. Her process includes observation, dyeing, sewing and surface design, extending fabric from gallery objects into outdoor gathering spaces. Sky Bound, created for Burning Man in 2018 by the Dusty Nation collective, placed concentric silk banners around seating and Ulrich Pakker’s kinetic sculpture Spheroid. Wind animated the dyed banners and changed the space’s sound and appearance. Playastan Crossroads, made in collaboration with Peter Weston in 2014, combined silk banners, a wooden structure, lighting and participants’ books across a broad circular site. The Orchard Room, a temporary Seattle park installation in 2012, connected living trees with dyed silk and hosted performances co-curated with Lara McIntosh. The collective and curatorial credits distinguish Mason’s textiles from collaborators’ contributions.

Candi Carrell combines clay, found objects and welded metal in sculptures shaped by the Sonoran Desert, popular monsters and traditions honoring the dead. A longtime Tucson art teacher, she describes introducing found objects into her work in 2004 and welding in 2020. Her practice includes both small assemblages and larger participatory projects. The artist’s gallery dates Throw the Stories in the Fire to 2019 and associates it with Burning Man, GLOW and Triangle L Ranch Sculpture Park in Oracle, Arizona. Her biography also credits the Borton Magnet School community with making a 1,600-square-foot mosaic for Ben’s Bells. The 2023 Burning Man archive lists Our Perpetual Lady of Lost Souls and Secrets, a jackalope form on a nine-foot metal base. That archive listing documents the proposed event work; it does not independently confirm its completion or current location.

Cedric Douglas, also known as Vise1, is a street artist and designer with a documented public art practice in Boston. He founded The Up Truck, a mobile arts lab that engages underserved Boston communities through creative activity. Northeastern University documents A World of Innocent Discovery (2016) at its Behrakis Health Sciences Center and Untitled (2018), a Huntington Avenue mural made with Daniel Anguilu. The latter combines Douglas’s photorealist painting with Anguilu’s colorful imagery. For Sea Walls, Douglas and Julia “Julz” Roth created The Calling (2020), depicting a child listening to a conch shell to address ocean health and environmental justice. These projects connect figurative street painting with public participation and collaboration.

Chad Rice is a northern Nevada artist and art educator whose outdoor sculptures extend painting into three dimensions. His biography identifies the Reno area as his place of living and working. In the installations, hand-painted images are distributed across separate surfaces so that a complete image appears only from a particular viewpoint. Visitors’ movement changes the alignment and therefore the visual experience. The artist’s installation page explains this method, while Burning Man’s annual archives supply distinct project references. Numinous appears in the 2022 archive as a dimensional forced-perspective structure, and the 2023 entry Numinous II describes a separate iteration. These event records are kept as dated project listings rather than a claim that two editions are the same object, that either remains installed, or that a work is available for placement.
