Documented artwork / temporary facade projection

SUPERPOSITION

URBANSCREEN

Credit as documented: URBANSCREEN

URBANSCREEN premiered SUPERPOSITION on Atlanta's Fulton Central Library on October 5, 2018. Commissioned by Goethe Institute Washington DC for the opening of Deutschlandjahr USA 2018/19, the projection connected Marcel Breuer's building with Atlanta dance culture. Graphics derived from the library's interior and facade were combined with filmed local dancers. The work used the contrast between architectural geometry and bodily movement to frame a cultural exchange during the German-American friendship program.
