Studio specifications for multiple Electric Dandelions configurations

Specify the configuration before using a footprint

Liquid PXL’s Electric Dandelions page distinguishes large and small configurations, with different overall heights, flower diameters, bases and electrical loads. The studio also describes potential controls and attachment approaches separately from the visual concept. This is a useful reminder that a recognizable touring artwork may not have one universal technical envelope. A host should identify the exact set of sculptures under discussion before using published measurements in a layout, then review power, anchoring and seating choices against the conditions of the proposed site.

Vivid Sydney presentation at Exchange Place and Wulugul Walk

A flower group becomes part of a walking route

Vivid Sydney placed twenty Electric Dandelions at Exchange Place and Wulugul Walk, describing their shift from still daytime flowers to animated bursts of light after dark. The event situated the installation along its Light Walk and listed wheelchair access and audio description. This host account is valuable because it records a route-based presentation with explicit visitor information. For another festival, the planning opportunity is to connect the sculpture group to a legible walking sequence while considering both daytime encounters and nighttime stopping points.
