Documented artwork / kinetic figurative sculpture

Any Possible Relation

Paige Bradley

Credit as documented: Paige Bradley

Any Possible Relation changes the relationship between bronze figures by moving them slowly on a motorized pedestal. Paige Bradley developed the idea while moving individual figures on modeling stands during work on Freedom Bound. Their changing positions suggested different emotional relationships, leading her to make motion part of the finished sculpture. John Forry commissioned the work with the intention of giving people a figurative artwork they could encounter in daily life.
