The opportunity

Primarily steel, representational outdoor installation linking roundabout and bike path. Indigenous subject matter requires an Indigenous artist or substantive cultural collaboration.

Who can apply

Professional artists/teams in the Four Corners and Rocky Mountain region, including CO, AZ, NM, UT and WY; age 18+, comparable permanent-art experience and U.S. work eligibility required.

Funding & costs

All artist costs for design, fabrication, delivery and installation, including required engineering, equipment, foundations and insurance; some city site work may be negotiated separately. Finalists receive $1,000 for developing a concept proposal; the call does not clarify how those payments relate to the commission allocation.
