Seven works; 60-inch minimum height excluding base, 12-foot maximum, 2,500-pound limit. March/April 2027–2029. $1m liability policy; city artwork coverage capped at $10,000.
Who can apply
Professional outdoor sculptors 18+, within approximately eight hours of Memphis in AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MO, MS, OH, OK, TN or TX.
Funding & costs
Two-year loan: $2,000 at installation and $2,000 at removal. Artist transports work; city provides site preparation/equipment. No sales commission.
