Who can apply
Texas-based, age 18+, mid-career; five relevant completed projects with budgets up to $100,000. Restrictions apply to recent/active AIPP artists and city staff/contractors.
Funding & costs
All-in artist contract, paid at milestones. Includes engineering, fabrication, shipping, insurance, permits and installation. AIPP suggests 20% design fee and 10% contingency.
