Deliverables

• Community engagement, refined design, drawings, budget and installation, estimated September 2027.

Site requirements

• Meet codes and accessibility requirements; obtain permits and engineering when needed.

Maintenance & care

• Conservator review, maintenance plan and one-year artwork warranty.

• Final design, material choices and contract payment milestones remain to be established.
