Documented selection route
The program history explicitly documents invitations to sculptors for site-specific work. That is historical selection evidence; the current homepage’s residency announcements do not establish an open application or an exclusively invitation-only present policy.
Program history & cadence
Multiple dated artist cohorts and a September 2026 residency announcement show repeated activity. No fixed future commissioning or application cadence is verified.
A documented program is not a current invitation to apply. Selection routes and program history reflect the linked dated sources. Confirm current availability, eligibility and application terms with the organizer.
