Program history & cadence

Project-specific calls, without a fixed verified cycle. The reviewed calls page still shows a June 13, 2025 artist deadline despite introductory open-call wording; that window has elapsed. Panel recruitment is separate from a paid artist commission. No current paid application window is verified.
