Documented selection route

Art Partners applications require a funding and management partner organization and are rolling; DOT-funded Community Commissions follow separate partner/site and artist selection. Artists cannot apply to Art Partners without an organization.

Program history & cadence

Temporary installations follow project-specific schedules; the mural registry and Signature Events calls are explicitly closed on the reviewed page. A rolling self-funded partner route is not a standing paid artist commission.
