UNMC specified a wall-mounted exterior artwork
The UNMC residence-hall RFQ is explicitly closed. Its $300,000 budget covered an exterior west-wall artwork, with wall relief permitted but no ground footings. The November 2025 application date makes this a procurement benchmark, not a current application opportunity.

Finalist development included technical planning
The historical UNMC call offered selected finalists a $3,000 proposal payment and eligible travel support. Proposals needed installation methods and maintenance information, while the total commission budget included engineering, rigging, fabrication and installation. Structural coordination therefore belonged within the artist's delivery scope.
