Documented selection route
The documented 2026 committee review considers artistic merit, public safety, variety and outdoor durability. Artists submitted up to four works with images or supported sketches and a biography; only one indoor submission was allowed. These are historical edition rules.
Program history & cadence
Explicitly annual: the 2026 source identifies the 15th edition. Loan and sales terms are edition-specific; a future call and continuing late acceptance have not been verified.
A documented program is not a current invitation to apply. Selection routes and program history reflect the linked dated sources. Confirm current availability, eligibility and application terms with the organizer.
