How the program works

Carr Drive includes installation responsibility

The Carr Drive call sets a $74,500 total contract covering engineering, permitting, fabrication, transport, installation and insurance. It allows an original sculpture or suitable existing work, within a six-foot-square footprint and six-to-nine-foot height. Colorado residence or studio eligibility and outdoor safety requirements narrow the fit.
