Public art commissions
Arts@MSP
Airport Foundation MSP — Arts@MSP · St. Paul, Minnesota, US
Documented selection route
U.S.-resident professional artists and teams may seek roster prequalification; applicants must be 18 or older and students are ineligible. A visual-arts panel and steering committee review qualifications. For projects, stakeholder panels may select interviews or commissioned proposals before commissioning, and open calls remain separate.
Program history & cadence
Applications accepted at any time; roster reviews are anticipated twice yearly in August and February. Arts@MSP may continue, replace or terminate the roster, and no fixed funded-project cycle is promised.
A documented program is not a current invitation to apply. Selection routes and program history reflect the linked dated sources. Confirm current availability, eligibility and application terms with the organizer.
