Program history & cadence

Standing statutory acquisition and stewardship responsibilities. No current percentage, available fund balance, purchase budget or application cycle was verified; the staged January 2027 call is not asserted from a generic webpage shell. The chapter applies to qualifying state buildings constructed, remodeled or renovated after December 31, 1989 and excludes projects below $100,000 or primarily removing asbestos, PCBs or other hazardous materials. Its state-building definition excludes highways, bridges, sewers, fish ponds/hatcheries, service facilities at state parks and highway rest areas, correctional facilities, and specified separate storage, warehouse and maintenance buildings.
