Permanent commissions seek new site-specific work and exclude existing artworks. RFQs evaluate experience and past work; shortlisted artists develop site-specific RFP concepts. Art Advisory Committee review is followed by Airport Authority Board approval. Applicants use CaFÉ and submit separately for each location; structural requirements belong to each solicitation.
