A documented program is not a current invitation to apply. Selection routes and program history reflect the linked dated sources. Confirm current availability, eligibility and application terms with the organizer.
For the documented edition, artists applied online and a city/museum/community committee juried completed works. The published call is explicitly closed. Incomplete works or unbuilt proposals are not eligible under those stated edition rules.
