The opportunity
A public artwork and visual concept complementing the City’s ‘Detours Lead to Discoveries’ construction wayfinding: 2D or 3D work, reproducible on temporary signage, engaging pedestrians and cyclists, and durable or replaceable to stay on display at least a year from June 2027 (through mid-summer 2028). Installation by City crews May–June 2027.

Artists 18+ of all backgrounds; a letter of interest with qualifications first, then an invited full proposal (due November 30; contract mid-December 2026).
