The opportunity

Permanent, durable outdoor entrance artwork; artist handles design, stakeholder coordination, fabrication, installation and safety/accessibility compliance. Target completion August 2027.

Who can apply

U.S.-based professional artists or teams; Maine connections may receive preference. Selection-committee members and direct YCCC affiliates are excluded.

Funding & costs

Gross commission covering artist fees, insurance, travel, materials, fabrication and installation. Finalists receive $500.
