Existing outdoor sculpture loan across 21 locations. City crew installs with artist supervision/assistance using steel pedestals or concrete pads with inserts. Scheduled install April 19–22, 2027, weather alternate following week; removal April 2028.
National artist eligibility. One sculpture and 3–6 photos per application; up to 3 applications. Artistic merit, inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are selection factors.
$1,200 honorarium per selected sculpture for a one-year loan. Separate competitive awards are $1,000 Jean Mellblom, $500 People’s Choice and $500 Most Inspiring; they are not guaranteed compensation or purchase prices.
