The opportunity

Existing outdoor sculpture on the Bell Tower plaza. The sponsor advertises May 1–October 31, 2027, with the People’s Choice sculpture staying a year. The 2027 application separately asks every entrant to agree to a one-year loan including transport, setup, teardown and repairs. These duration statements remain unresolved. Up to five works may be submitted with dimensions, weight, material, sale price and photo. Prior-cycle base and power restrictions are not carried forward.
