The opportunity

Up to 20 outdoor works; loan April 10, 2027–March 18, 2028. Installation April 8–9, 2027; notification by November 22, 2026. Minimum 42 in height/length excluding pedestal; maximum 15 ft/2,000 lb and 8×8 ft pad. Durable, family-friendly, safe work with compliant steel base/strips for welding/bolting; organizer installs. Up to 3 photos or maquette with work samples. Terms describe insurance excluding windstorm damage; consult complete 2027 prospectus/terms. Who can apply

Professional and amateur sculptors; up to five submissions. Identical works placed or planned in comparable public-art programs within 200 miles are excluded.

Funding & costs

$1,500 per accepted sculpture; separate $1,000 People’s Choice and $1,000 Best of Show awards, plus two reception hotel nights. 30% sales/lease commission; terms also specify 30% on later visibility-generated sales and 10% on resulting commissions. Artist pays delivery/shipping. Entry fees are $25 per sculpture for the first two entries and $18 per sculpture for entries three through five.
