Michael Benisty

Michael Benisty develops large sculptures and digital works around relationships, connection and shared experience. His portfolio uses mirror-polished stainless steel across human and abstract forms, reflecting their surroundings as visitors move around them. The artist dates Mirage to 2017 and Broken But Together to 2019, while listing Broken 2.0 and Broken 3.0 separately in later years. At The Aurora Highlands’ Hogan Park, an operator account published in November 2024 describes a Broken But Together installation as fractured figures standing united. The artist’s portfolio and the park operator report different heights for that title, so no single size or numbered edition is assigned to the Aurora example here. These references distinguish a dated portfolio work from a documented public presentation rather than treating similarly named versions as one confirmed physical object.
